You will be able to tell from the pictures that my kids had a wonderful Easter. They spent time with their favorite people, hunted for eggs, and ate great food and candy! We went to church on Friday, hunted eggs and ate with my family on Saturday and hunted eggs and ate with Brett's family on Sunday. Whew!! Busy weekend, but wonderful at the same time.

Comforter
Brett went hunting with Marcus and Caden this past weekend. We decided that Drew needed to stay at home because he had a t-ball game and last time he went he declared "hunting isn't much fun b/c all you do is just sit there." But Drew was so sad when he watched them drive away. Sweet, baby sister was there to help Drew feel better. She kept telling him not to cry and was hugging him. I hope they always remain sweet to each other!
Put me in coach, I'm ready to play
Drew is playing t-ball this season through a nearby little league and has several friends from school on his team. The team's name is the River Bandits (I understand that the "real" River Bandits are a farm team of the Cardinals!) Drew is "lucky" number 13! He is having a great time. And on an unrelated baseball note, I think he looks so cute in his uniform! The first game was chaos, with all the boys trying to field every ball no matter what position they were playing. But now that we had had a couple of games and practices, much improvement had been made. Can't wait to see how it goes as the season progresses!
