Camping

We journeyed so far (ha ha, this place was just a few minutes past Katy) to take the kids camping. We hiked, saw some deer, and cooked our dinner over the fire. Fun for a quick camping trip.

Pow Wow

The second grade researched different Indian tribes and presented what they learned in a day called Pow-Wow. Rebecca's class learned about the Inuit tribe. They also give "gifts" to the other students that represent their tribe.

Drew turns double digits!

Where did my baby go? At age 10, Drew enjoys playing sports (volleyball, flag football, basketball, swimming). He loves to play outside (air soft, kickball, football) with friends. He is a good student, but isn't crazy about school. He is very "social" in school and enjoys (and gets in trouble) talking with friends. He likes video games (minecraft and clash of the clans) and watching Dude Perfect videos. Drew is always up for anything as long as it is with someone. Real punishment is to send him to his room and make him be by himself.

We are so very thankful for him!!

Meanwhile

While the boys went to the air show, Rebecca and I went and saw the baybay!! Isn't he breathtaking?? (Seinfeld reference!)
Love my baby!!

Air Show

As a birthday present to Drew (and Brett as well) they went to the Air Show. Drew enjoyed watching the planes do tricks and seeing the planes up close. A good dad/son afternoon.

Luke Patrick Timmerman decided that he couldn't wait any longer to see a Baylor game so he made his appearance a few days early. He was originally planned to be born on Drew's birthday.

So excited to have a new cousin!!

P.S. Baylor beat Kansas 60-14!!
