Field Day

This year we had an early field day to try and avoid the heat. Lots of fun games were played. Can't believe Drew had his last field day at Ashford. Wasn't he just in kindergarten?

The second graders' play was titled "Nutz". Drew was a raccoon. Drew did a great job remembering his lines, but I think we can rule out acting as a profession .

 

Ashford Bowl

Our friends', the Mobleys, planned a parent/child flag football game. It was before the Super Bowl and a great way to get everyone in the football mood.

Pine Wood Derby

Another year, another pine wood derby race. Drew worked hard on his car. He chose the colors and that he wanted flames on it and coming out of it. It looked great. He didn't win and was disappointed, but there's always next year!!
