Old Baylor, Springtime, Sweet Kids
Last Friday, we went on a family outing to Independence, TX (near Brenham). It is the birthplace of Baylor!!! There is a park there so a great place to have a picnic and let the kids out to run. We brought our kite and the kids loved climbing on the beautiful old trees. The bluebonnets were beautiful. There were so many great patches. I love Texas in the springtime. (well, really I love Texas anytime!!)

Good pics! I've really missed the bluebonnets this year. It's so cold here, that things are just now starting to turn green and bloom.
