San Diego Zoo

Day 3 found us making our way to the San Diego Zoo. It is an amazing zoo and we especially enjoyed seeing the pandas, polar bears, and hippos that we don't have at our zoo.

Seeing the pandas was a highlight

Drew was so excited to see a lion, even if it was a sleeping one!

It was a warm day (warm for us from Houston, hot in San Diego!) so even the elephants had the right idea to cool off!
